Social Media Sorted was formed in 2010 to help small business owners and organisations navigate the growing and sometimes confusing world of social media marketing. We offer a variety of services in social media marketing, including custom Facebook pages, custom Twitter profiles, social media training, website reviews, WordPress web design, graphic design, website management and more.
Social Media Sorted is sisters Merrin Robinson and Hana Deavoll. We work from our homes, on the Gold Coast in Australia & Queenstown in New Zealand. Working online via skype, email, phone and webinars, we are available at all hours by prior arrangement.
Merrin Robinson
I live in Coomera, North of the lovely Gold Coast with my husband and three daughters. I have a background in WordPress website design, online marketing, and have been an early adopter of social media marketing tactics and all things technical since the days of MySpace and Hotmail.
I *try* to constantly be up to date with the latest web trends and social media tools and with my broad network of social media managers, SEO experts and website designer worldwide, any query I have is answered or researched promptly.
I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love being able to instantly put my visions and ideas (and others) into working mode with the modern tools and technology that I am familiar with. The technical side of WordPress websites are my specialty and I am happy tinkering with and testing different plugins and themes.
I enjoy connecting individuals and businesses with social media marketing tools and take great pleasure in watching my clients fan base and customer engagement increase. In this industry there is always something new to learn and I am always on the look out for a new tool or web trend that would help my clients with their marketing strategy. I plan to make Social Media marketing manageable, simple, affordable and effective for my clients.

Hana Deavoll
I live in Queenstown, New Zealand with my husband and two children. Social Media marketing is just starting to take off down here and I look forward to helping businesses get started. I have a Bachelors degree in Marketing and am also a qualified ECE Teacher.
Over the 11 years I have been based in Queenstown, I have worked in a variety of positions in the tourism, hospitality and film sectors. I have also traveled extensively, following the winters as a professional snowboarder. Social Media has always been a hobby of mine, and an essential tool to connect with friends and family worldwide.
